"Excellent customer service" This is my 3rd vehicle from Larry hill ford. I keep going back because the excellent customer service skills show by the salesmen. "Fabulous people" I have never left Larry Hill Ford displeased with the customer service or quality of work; if I question anything I can call at anytime and the staff are quick to help. When I was new to the area they treated me fairly and never once tried to take advantage. They are even patient with my highly curious 10 year old! At one time, my son, had a sales associate prove to him that he could fit himself in the trunk of a car, and he DID! "Helpful, Friendly, and Courteous Personnel" Only looking and approached by salesman, Billy Massingale. He asked what we were interested in,answered all our questions, and recommended that we check out the vehicle we ended up buying. The entire process was handled very professionally, the staff was very courteous, and efficient including the involvement of Mike Fulkerson, Sales Manager, who worked with us to reach a compromise on pricing. The entire staff made you feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process.
