"Buying a car in one short afternoon" We had a great buying experience from start to finish. In all, it took no more than 4 hours. We found the perfect car for us! The price, make/model, mileage, color, number of payments, interest rate, everything was just right and made our decision to buy without looking anywhere else a no-brainer. The staff was so genuinely helpful and friendly we felt right at home. We have already recommended Larry Hill Ford/Imports to others!
"Buying a truck" I enjoyed buying my vehicle at Larry Hill Ford. The process was streamlined and relatively quick. It didn't take as long as it had with past purchases. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. There's wasn't much room for negotiations so I felt kind of cheated there. "Service Fast and Efficent" Fast efficient service. Joe at service desk called me by name and assisted getting my car in for oil change and tire rotation.. It was a rainy day and I had to leave the car to go back to work Jerry Johnson took me back in the courtesy van and called back to tell joe to have another problem checked on my car that I had forgot to advise them of. Jerry always see that I get to and from when I have to leave the car he goes out of his way to help.

"Excellent Customer Service " Chuck Ward at Larry Hill was so courtous and helpful, he took most all of his day answering all of my crazy questions and made me feel like his only customer. Not only did I get a good vehicle with a great price but more importantly I had a salesman that was proffessional and understanding.
