"Customer Service" Very happy with the customer service I received from Wayne Sorrels @ the Internet Sales division. Mike Falkerson I would not recommend will not stand behind what is promised.

Mike Fulkerson explained the deal very well. Josh Fitzgerald was a very good salesman. Lee Johnson was very good in finance. They all worked great as a team and we will return for our next purchase.
"Courteous & Comepetent" I brought our newly purchased Ford Edge in for its first service appointment. Mr. Johnson was courteous in his demeanor and competent in setting up my service. Upon completion of the service, he took time to go over the invoice and explained each procedure. I would highly recommend Mr. Johnson to anyone going to Larry Hill Ford's Service Dept.

"Dinner and a Car" I bought a Jeep from Nate back in may. Today he calls me up and invited me out to eat. We met up at Outback and had a great time. I thought he was going to try and get me to trade my jeep in or pressure me into giving him my friends #'s, but it wasn't like that. He did make sure I was still happy with my Jeep, but other than that it was just good conversation and good food.
