"Friendliest oil change in town!" I went in for my scheduled oil change and as always I was greeted by Joe and the other guys. They are always super friendly and know exactly how to help you and get you back on the road fast! They treat you as if you are important and not just another number. Also, their new waiting area is great and actually comfortable enough to make the wait seem not as bad :). This is definitely the nicest people and environment I have ever had my vehicles worked on.
"Ford recall" Mr. Trenthham was accommodating and courteous in our transaction. I came in for a recall so there was not cost. It has only been a couple of days since I had my escape serviced but I am sure the quality of work is fine
"More than just a salesman" Nate did more than just sell me a truck. He paired my phone to the Bluetooth. He also (to my surprise) programmed my favorite radio stations I had saved in my old car to my new truck. Some people are in the business just for a quick sale, but not Nate. As I was driving home in my new truck I noticed something poking out of the sun-visor. I plopped down the visor to see what it was and it was a hand-written thank you card he wrote to me. "Above the call of duty" I was in last week for a recall service. Jerry Johnson and Shane Cloer stayed late to take care of me before they went home. That has never happened to me before and I really appreciated their customer service. It was only 15 minutes but to me it might as well have been an hour! You have some dedicated employees Larry Hill !!
"very helpful " I bought a colbalt from Jody. I didn't know where the title to my trade was and I didn't know how to get it. Jody drove me to the court house and helped me file for a lost title. Now that is customer service!!!

"Robbie Sisson" My first experience and it was great a great place to buy a vehicle. I bought a Ford F150 and Johnny Rutherford was a very excellent person he goes above and beyond to help his customers. Johnny explained from the time he talk to us letting us step by step and very courtesy.
