"Dealing with the people of Larry Hill Ford" This was the second dealing with the people at Larry Hill Ford of Cleveland TN. "Awesome" I had to get an oil change before I went back home to New Jersey. I had a bad experience at another service center where they refused to do my oil change. My mother in law purchased her car there so figured we would give it a try and luckily they did. The service department is amazing and if I lived closer this would be my service center. I truly had a great experience and am grateful I did not have to go to Valvoline.
