"Went for an Oil Change came home with a SUV" My grandaughter and I went for an oil change and we came home with a SUV. This is my 3rd Vehicale purchase at Larry Hill Ford and I was well pleased with Jody Givens and Lee Johnson helping with it. I would recomend Larry Hill Ford to anyone.
"Bridget in Cleveland at Larry Hill Ford" It was Bridget's second day of employment when I met her and she was great. She helped me find a car I liked and could afford. I don't know how she put up with me but she was a great help and very very kind to a very ornery old woman.

"Excellent Service from Jerry" I have used the service department at Larry Hill for many years and each time I use the shuttle service. Jerry is very friendly and courteous. Now, he even remembers where my house is located. Today, due to wait time, he took me to get a burger since I had not eaten. That is 5 star service. I appreciate the shuttle program as it makes getting your routine service and other work done very easy. And, who can beat the over the top service Jerry provides.

"Nate The Great" My wife and I got a letter in the mail from Nate. The offer seemed to good to be true so I thought that there had to be a catch. "Great Experience" We had an excellent first experience at Larry Hill Ford. Mr. Blevins greeted us, gave us an estimated time for the work to be completed, and walked us to the waiting area. Our truck was serviced on time and Mr. Blevins went over a checklist that had been completed, then saw us out. We feel we were valued as a customer and will return for service when the need arises.
