"My vehicle had a recall. When I brought it in the part..." My vehicle had a recall. When I brought it in the part was not in stock and had to be oredered. Once the part came in Tony Burgirno emailed me and we scheduled the time for me to bring in the car. I am disabled and Tony made sure that the vehicle was brought to me so I wouldn't have to walk far. It is the little things that many people take for granted, but being disabled it is the little things that matter so much to me. Thanks Tony!

I found out with Tony's help that I would be able to make one trip to the dealership instead of two. He instructed me to fax in my recall letter with my phone number,he said he would call me when the part came in and he did.
