Tony was patient polite and had me to keep bringing it back. Tech Joe took a test drive with me 4th time and immediately recognized problem. I had our 2006 Larit 350 desil and our 5th wheel towed into Larry Hill Ford on Tuesday around 9:00 am, after lossing both the power stearing and braking fucntion on our truck on our way home on Labor Day evening. Our salesman, Richard, was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He made the purchasing experience pleasurable.
