"i was greeted by Brian and was not pressured, he asked..." i was greeted by Brian and was not pressured, he asked what i was looking for and what kind of money i was wanting to spend on a vehicle..then he went to work looking for me the auto that was in my price range..we looked at several cars and even though i didnt like the colors he is still working on finding me that perfect car. and i have no worry's he has sold several friends of mine a new car or truck..he is the go to guy that works hard for his customers..

"I recieved a letter in the mail informed me that I needed..." I recieved a letter in the mail informed me that I needed to bring my veh in for a recall. I called and Tony answered the phone and instructed me to get him the vin # to my veh and that he would order the part and call me when the part came in and I could get it back the same day when I dropped it off. It happened just like that, and it was nice of him to let me know I needed to bring it to him on empty so I would not waste any gas. I look forward to working with... read more

"We really enjoyed working with Steve - he went way beyond..." We really enjoyed working with Steve - he went way beyond to help us get the truck we wanted. Shane helped us with the paperwork and was very helpful, answering all the questions we had. Majdi was great, helping us get the loan we needed at a much better interest rate than we expected. "I have always been treated with kindness and respect at..." I have always been treated with kindness and respect at Larry Hill. There is a family atmosphere in the service department. I have never been made to feel as if I were in the way or as if I were just a another "job" to address. I appreciate that a great deal.

"Went there for an oil change, and didn't have an..." Went there for an oil change, and didn't have an appointment. Got me right in and took less than an hour. Everyone there was eager to help me when I walked in and treated me like I was the only customer there. I will go back to Larry Hill Ford for all my service needs, and wish I had gone to Larry Hill to purchase my 2012 Ford Focus in the first place instead of Mt. View!
