"Friendly Service. Friendly people. I went on a Saturday..." Friendly Service. Friendly people. I went on a Saturday which is Larry Hill's busiest day for Service, and the employees were friendly. They had a smile on their face. They genuinely seemed happy to be working.

"Purchased a used VW Passat through sister dealer with a 3..." Purchased a used VW Passat through sister dealer with a 3 month warranty. Discovered that car A/C needed new compressor, but could not get back to the dealer within the three months. David recognized the issue and worked to get compressor replaced under dealer warranty, even though entire process took nearly 5 months.

"Great job by the service dept. Joe Trentham was a great..." Great job by the service dept. Joe Trentham was a great help and so was the service manager.Part fof my Escape didn't come in when it should so the service dept got a courtesy car for my wife and since they had it so long also helped with price. See why my dad has bought Ford vehicles all his life. Thanks again guys.

"Jason Brittain was absolutely amazing. My car lost power..." Jason Brittain was absolutely amazing. My car lost power steering and overheated while I was coming off of the interstate, and I work out of town so I was terrified that this was going to be super expensive and result in my missing work: more expensive. Jason was able to diagnose the problem immediately and talked to me about the problem like I was a person, not just a naive little girl. "Great experience working with Tony to have my 2009 Ford..." Great experience working with Tony to have my 2009 Ford Flex repaired when the wrench code and service engine light came on when I was overtaking and passing another vehicle on I-75. The transmission shifter really hard when downshifting and then clunked extremely hard when coming out of passing gear (5th ?) causing the two lights to come on.
