"Mike has assured me that whatever issues I had after..." Mike has assured me that whatever issues I had after purchasing my car would be taken care of. I was told that my car would be fix which is what I've wanted all along. Understandably, not all problems are located during the first or second visit. Although, a major problem was taken care of on the first trip; it took a third visit to the service department for the other problems to be found and fixed. "I appreciate the patients and desire to ensure I was..." I appreciate the patients and desire to ensure I was comfortable and understood all aspects of buying and financing my truck. Dean was patient and worked to find the truck I described to him and never made me feel as though I was being to picky for the budget I had. "My wife and I have just retired and wanted to drop..." My wife and I have just retired and wanted to drop quantity of vehicles that we own from three to two (all Fords). We were unable to reach a price on selling our Taurus, but Matt was quick to recommend that we would be better off trading and he said that he had just received a 2011 Edge. Just the color that my wife wanted, (silver). We are getting good mpg and are very satisfied with the trade. Matt was very helpful and will recommend him to all of family and friends.
