Both were very helpful and courteous. Joe told me there would not be a labor charge if I bought the part. I was about 7 miles from Larry Hill Ford on my way back to Knoxville from Chattanooga yesterday on a business trip when my 04 Focus overheated. They told me what to do to get the car to the dealership safely(thus saving a tow bill). They could not find the part needed anywhere so they actually made a part that fixed the problem and got me back on the road in less than 2 hours and for under $100!!! I could not be more pleased with my experience at Larry Hill Ford!!
