Climate Control has been our HVAC company for the past 15+ years. We had tried other companies previously, however none were on par with the service Climate Control has provided. The technicians have arrived as scheduled and are always courteous and professional. Climate Control management has also been very accommodating in their responsiveness to specific and unusual HVAC problems we have encountered over the years. Anytime we have an opportunity, we recommend a Climate Control.

Robert and the supervisor went over and above to help resolve a problem that was ongoing for months with respect to my attic (upstairs unit). They have assured me they will stay after it and come back until it is resolved.

The office people were very helpful in getting me through the rebate process. When I had a question about an alert last winter they got the answer for me. The technicians who have come to service our units seemed very thorough and efficient.
