I had a terrible experience with Jerimy sweet and his crooked company (Sweet comfort services).. Do not believe the positive reviews on here and Facebook .they are posted by him and his so called Facebook buddies :) You've been warned !!! LMFAO :)
Climate Control came out to repair a Geo Thermal system they installed and was still under warranty. The water pumps had torn off the side of the main unit. They poorly reattached the pumps with some banding and used some tape to secure the insulation and then sent us a bill for 200. When I called to talk to the manager he was extremely rude and condescending. Do not go with this company.
This will be the last time I will ever do business with this company. During a service call for which I had stayed home all day for, I was shown a total charge for the work for $612. When I asked the service manager (not the actual technician that was very pleasant) for a simple breakdown of labor and parts, I was told that I couldn't have it because they had changed how they did business and this is all I could get.
