Climate King was so professional from the very beginning. They are timely, responsive & truthful. The service technician sent out for this appointment was superior. He was knowledgeable, patient, clearly explained the situation and what it would take to fix the problem, and he was punctual - he came, he analyzed, he conquered!
I informed the tech that had my system charged since it was 2lb low on freon. He suggested I leave it alone until it gets low again. I guess he's never heard of getting ahead of a problem. Just received a reply for a review I gave 4 mounts ago. Do you really think I want you doing any work for me I THINK NOT

12 hour window with a 2 week out appointment that happens the day after the scheduled appointment and it’s still hot in here. Maybe Climate King LLC could set a brand standard for professionalism when hiring their contractors
