Both of the service men were professional. Their response time was the next day after my initial call. I would definitely use them again.
They came to do a seasonal A/C check through my home warranty company. They prompt and professional. They advised us on what needed to be done to get the best performance from our unit.
Very impressed with response time and with arriving on time for appointment. The tech was very knowledgeable and very respectful to my problem. Because I have a warranty company and the original diagnosis was done just 3 days earlier and I still had freon in my system he could not justify a leak, but gave me a plan to recheck with in 30 days and if there is a leak they will fix my unit. The technicians weren’t that friendly! I had better! They got done with the job too quick & I had to keep reminding them of things to check while they were here! They were young too as well! So I say they were kind of new to the job!
