I want to say a huge thank you to the GM and the Service Dept team for helping resolve an issue with my Expedition’s A/C line. After just 3 months of buying the used vehicle the AC line needed to be replaced due to a previous owner’s shoddy repair job. The GM quickly agreed to make it right and make the necessary repair at no cost to us! The service department put us in a brand new vehicle loaner car and got us on our way very quickly.
