From pulling in to leaving, everyone was super nice, good customer service which is hard to find this day and time. Erica was very kind and helpful and communicated with me. Thank you!! My only complaint is it took 3 hours for just an oil change, thank goodness I had a ride.

The technical team did a great job identifying the issues with my Ford Thunderbird then went out of their way to locate and obtain the difficult to find parts. The car now runs great. Melanie, the customer service representative, made sure the work progressed and kept me informed on the work status. I am very satisfied and want to compliment the entire team for a job very well done!

Visit have always been good except one time they was to flush my system some how it didn't happen left the flush in my truck I return it to another service rep because the guy waiting on me was not around they call and told me after riding back to Albemarle the flush wasn't done I came back up there now I had pay for this service the rep. Made me feel like I had kept the flush after told him I gave it to female service rep. He was looking around in my truck as we talk

Young lady in the outside booth was very friendly and efficient. Service writer was fast and thorough. I asked her to make sure they aired the tires and she said that comes with the oil change. An hour later the truck was ready. Paid and left. The tires were not aired up.
