I’ve brought my 2016 ford fusion here to the service department a few times and both have been phenomenal! Very outgoing and reliable people to work on your vehicle, Cloninger ford has helped me in any situation I’ve needed much better service than their competitors “Lexington NC parkway ford” who turned me away because I worked on my car! I would definitely recommend coming here to purchase your car or get it serviced :)

Took care of all recalls not just the one I called about. Picked up my car and delivered it the same day. Took pictures of every angle of my car to assure no damage was done on Cloninger's lot. Very friendly and capable staff. And very efficient and knowledable. My favorite Ford Dealer!
