Everything was very professional from the beginning, a little more than I prefer. More like a very scripted plan . I haven't ever taken my car to a dealership for any services before, but they were giving me a free oil change for buying my car at Cloninger Ford, so I decided to go for it. I did have an appointment and I was in and out in exactly 2 hours. I won't be going back again. My time is valuable to me, I feel like 2 hours for just an oil change is ridiculous. Not the place for me.
Nat on the Toyota side is awesome,,I have told all my friends to go see him!!.... The man doing the finance paperwork does a great job also, very professional!!!
