For a simple oil change, they took an hour and half. Scheduling for 12 noon when staffing has to have breaks is not fair to them or me. The Service Mgr was very good. Took care of me.

Service was slow. I thought my appointment was to work on our van but was just to look at it. I brought it in for a recall but they didn't have the parts in stock even though I waited a month for the appointment. And then it was another 3 weeks to get it back. And they also told me I needed all kind of elective service for over $2000.
