Angel was great. From the moment he walked out to help us find a car. He knew the inventory and in terms of the vehicle we were looking at, Expedition Max, he showed us and demonstrated all the bells and whistles. Anything I pointed to and asked, “what’s that and what does that do?” He knew it and was not fumbling around trying to figure it out. I brought my car in 9 times for the same issue and it wasn’t fixed. Each time Cloninger had my car for several days and thought they fixed the problem but it wasn’t fixed. The problem is electrical and intermittent so it doesn’t happen all the time. I brought it in 4 times while it was malfunctioning so the service technician actually verified there was an issue but they still couldn’t find the source of the issue.
