My salesperson was great and the finance manager was nice. The biggest problem was having to wait 2 1/2 hours to sign paperwork for my car. I would suggest having more than one person doing that on a Saturday. For a rainy day it was pretty busy. I know that you are not in as big a market as Charlotte but that was a little ridiculous to only have one finance person on a Saturday.
