Was very good in the beginning but left some messages and did not get call backs after 2 days called again and they finally helped answer my questions would of gave them 5 stars if the would of retuned my calls within 24 hrs

This was my first time using Cloninger and the customer service was excellent! I was very upset about the problem my car was having but Mr. Shane Forrester listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. I have NEVER had service like this before. I felt like I could trust him and knew that I didn’t have to worry about driving my car. I explained that my daughter drives the car often and I wanted to make sure it was safe to drive.
