Went to Honda Service a couple of days ago to check a noise that was somewhere on the underside of the car. It turned out to be a rock that was lodged underneath the car. The service was quick and we were on our way in no time.
I couldn't be happier! I stopped by for an 'emergency' car inspection as I noticed that my sticker said December 2016. They didn't give me an appointment a week later...they did my inspection immediately! All employees were pleasant and I enjoyed a great conversation with some others who were waiting on their car to be serviced.
The guys and. gals in the service department are very professional and makes having your vehicle serviced fun. They dropped me off at Creekside for a lttle shopping and lunch. Came back when i called to pick me up. What more could you ask for!!!
Parts department gets five stars and two thumbs up, awesome bunch of people. Customer service way beyond my expectations. Thanks for your help, 2005 Civic back on the road!!
We just bought a 2017 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E and absolutely love it. Laurie Anderson and Sales Manager Darin Jenkins were absolutely top notch.....and very patient fielding my calls, texts and e-mails as I waited not-so-patiently for my truck to arrive. This is my second Ridgeline from Miller and I can't say enough good things about the truck and the wonderful people selling them. The rating service limits me to 5 stars but they should get at least 7.
