Nice as can be to sell you a car then go to get serviced and the service department is horrible! Noone in that shop knows what they are doing at all! Stay away from this place!

We purchased a brand new Honda Pilot from Altoona Honda and with 4000 miles on it, it began having issues. Honda roadside assistance was rude and uncooperative. Neither Honda locations we have had to deal with offered or would allow a loaner vehicle. Our Suv went to be repaired the first time at Winchester Honda and they couldn't find the problem, had it a week and then we had to drive an hour to pick it up. Two weeks later if started again. I would highly recommend you stay away from this car dealership. I helped my sister purchase a car on april 1st from them. Since then the car has had issues. The check engine light came on during the ride home. it obviously wasn't inspected properly. They have dodged several phone calls. It took 5 times calling for them to tell us to bring the car in. My experience today was not good. Could not get information I wanted, not allowed to talk to mechanic. I ask one salesman where the used vehicles were, and he just pointed, “ out there”. The only person with manners today was Steve Fox. This issue with my car will be taken care of. Now, I understand why people are getting lawyers for this issue
