****** is a great communicator. He let us know what to expect and kept on top of the job, making sure the crew and their timing was on plan.
*** ******* was a superior agent/coordinator. She was a proactive team player. *** was always sharing the current info about our progress. My husband and I enjoyed her updates and loved working with her. *** ******* is a superstar, do not lose her!!!
*** just completed my re roof project. **** *******, the supervisor on site expedited the entire project from a total stand still until completion. He was always there for me and was able to help me reach the highest authority to resolve problems. Furthermore, he personally rectified damages caused during tear off. Without Tobys help, I might searching for resolutions and completion. I would recommend CMR for any of your roofing needs.
The subcontractor *************** who did our roof were easy to work with and did a beautiful job. Since communication for the job had to go through CMR, the communication was sometimes difficult. The one *** employee that stood out in my mind was *** *******. She was very helpful and friendly and gave me the information that I needed.
I have to say, that with the enormous amount of damage many of us ********** suffered, CMR definitely had their challenges. Despite the delays in completion, of which I can certainly understand why based on the huge workload they had to deal with, I am very pleased with the outcome. It was a long tedious process for over 3 years due to insurance issues. However , once that was resolved the quality of work was top notch Thanks
We were not happy with the initial process of the sales team and dealing with the process of getting our insurance company to cover some cost of the roof. However, once it went to production ***** was very helpful and the process of taking down the old roof and putting the new one up went smooth and we are happy with the outcome.
It was a long process from beginning to end, but overall, I am very satisfied with CMR construction. When ***** ***** Took over as my representative I felt much more at ease as every email was answered promptly and every time he said someone was going to show up on a certain date and Materials were going to be delivered, It happened. I have and would recommend CMR construction to others, and would highly recommend asking for ***** ***** to be your representative
