Complaints come quickly, but praise very slowly. I have been dealing with *** and several associates for the past several months. They all have been very helpful during the process of replacing my roof. Workmen have been friendly, cooperative and after each visit left the property as clean as they found it. *** ******* who I have mostly been in contact with deserves special mention. She has always been very professional, responsive and cooperative. An exceptional representative of CMR.....M.G. *************, **.

everything i have asked of *** ***** and CMR they have delivered. it has been a slow go because the tiles have not been available. Now that we have the tiles its full steam ahead.

CMR Construction and Roofing out of ******, installed a new roof on our home and it looks wonderful. The installation crew was large, over a dozen workers and was able to remove the old roof and put down the underlay and vents in a single day. A little over a week later the tiles were delivered and the *** crew was back to complete the installation. Aside from a couple of punch list items *** has promised to take care of, my wife and I could not be happier.********

My roof was built in under 20 days start to finish. I'm not sure what others problems are but the only wait time I had was waiting for my insurance company to award me what I deserved. I'll use this company every time for my roof replacement.I was told they are under new management too!

I started my journey with CMR a little over a year ago. It started a little rough because everyone in southwest ******* seemed to be getting a new roof after hurricane *** and ****. It seemed like CMR was going through some growing pains tryin to find good employees to take on the massive work coming in. When I started with CMR everything was fine even tho it took longer than I expected to build my roof approximately a year. CMR finished strong. Obviously the changes they have made is marking a dramatic impact on the company. I am pleased with the final results.

CMR has made major strides to revamp their structure and have been doing a phenomenal changing the paradigm. Every facet of the business has been made better and the change is evident. How a company reacts to a hardship defines the company. The way CMR has responded is not only admirable, it is inspiring.

CMR was awesome! Admittedly, I've never had our roof replaced, but I was so impressed by how my main contact ****** handled everything! Happy workers, happy office staff, and great job done! ****** is very responsive to questions and responds quickly to texts and phone calls. She really cares and goes the extra mile. It seems she takes care of you as if it is her own roof! Thank you, CMR, and thank you ****** and everyone else for a job well done!

We are SHOCKED to see such negative reviews! This company moved mountains for us after Hurricane *** damaged our roof and home. I wish CMR could train other companies how to communicate and help customers like they did! They went above and beyond in answering questions, communication...which is sooooo important....and getting results. Our roof is GORGEOUS now! They treated us like we were their only customers.
