HORRIBLE!!! LIERS!!! SCAMMERS!!! These guys came to my door, gave us some storm story and, unfortunately, we fell for it. That is on us BUT, they LIED and NEVER did what they said (on paper) they were going to do. The whole offer was that, THEIR LAWYERS ******************* would work to get the insurance to approve roof replacement and that THEY WOULD do the work according to what the insurance approved. CMR replaced my roof last year and I was very pleased with the work they did. Even when I thought the job was finished they sent out a supervisor who found little things he wasn't happy with and had them all corrected within a couple of days before he would sign off on the job.I recently had a tile break on my roof and sent the supervisor a text and asked if they could possibly replace it for me since they were doing other work in my area. CMR ********************************************* recently completed my new metal roof # **-2679. They did a great job! Even the building inspector politely commented on the quality of their workmanship! CMR did my roof and gutters. CMR supervisor ********************************* did an excellent job. He spent the entire days on the roof insuring the work was done properly. Every day my shrubs were covered and at the end of the day the crew walked with a magnet looking for ********* would recommend CMR.

***************** was my point of contact from start to finish. He didn't just sell us a replacement roof, he coordinated getting ** temporary cover until work could begin. All in all every CMR employee I interacted with was pleasant, knowledgeable, and communicative during completion of their work. I will happily recommend CMR to anyone I know that needs roof work.

Received a settlement check from the insurance company in September 2022. Afterwards worked with *************************** in the ************* toward getting a new asphalt shingle roof. This was a long process due to lack of good customer service...but finally got a permit dated January 19, 2023 posted on my garage. Took the insurance settlement check to *********** office of ******** is now almost April 2023 and still waiting on CMR to show up and replace my roof. I signed a contract with CMR in August 2020 with *********************** (Regional Manager). It took over 2 years but finally the insurance company settled. After CMR received payment, they subcontracted my roof to ******* Roofing. ******* removed my roof just before Christmas 2022 and I have not seen anyone since. CMR told me my tiles were ordered in September 2022 but since no one returns my calls or emails, I have no idea when and if they will ever be delivered, Their customer service is horrible.
