I wish had read the reviews here before signing a contract with ******* is just the same story over and over. After signing the contract with CMR in 2020 to replace the roof, pending a settlement with the insurance company, a tarp was placed on the roof. the case had to be worked up all the way to litigation and it took 4 years to be settled. In December 2021, we engaged CMR for a roof replacement project, predicated on their report of a local wind event with speeds exceeding 100 mph. They pledged comprehensive management of the project, including insurance claims and necessary leak and tarp handling.Subsequent inspections and legal proceedings, however, unveiled that there was no corroborating weather data for such a wind event as reported by CMR. We signed a contract for roof and other repairs after Hurricane Ian with CMR on November 16, 2022. They mislead and avoid email and telephone attempts to move forward for months. We related to their pressure tactics in an attempt to move our project forward even sending them a check for over $17,000. And still the misleading statements and different employees over the ensuing months. When we would attempt to follow up with CMR employees they often had left the company without any notice to us. On 12-29-22 we signed a contract with CMR after *** struct southwest *******. They finally settled on the amount with our insurance company in July 2023. We gave them a deposit and they supposedly ordered our tiles on August 17th of 2023. Since sending the deposit we no longer hear from any of the people that were supposed to give us regular updates. We would contact our salesman and he would attempt to find updates for us but no real updates were given. CMR said that our tiles would be here in March. March has come and gone... read more

CMR has made major strides to revamp their structure and have been doing a phenomenal changing the paradigm. Every facet of the business has been made better and the change is evident. How a company reacts to a hardship defines the company. The way CMR has responded is not only admirable, it is inspiring.

I signed a roof replacement contract with CMR after hurricane **** I wrote a check over 4 months ago to CMR for 1/4 of the total replacement amount as specified in their contract. Since that time, there has been little or no communication from CMR as to when it will replace my roof. When I contact their "coordinator" (and there have been many), I'm always given the answer "no status". It's been many months of "no status". CMR Roofing encouraged me to file a claim against my insurance company due to roof damage. The litigation process took approximately 2 years. During this time, I had several new leaks that occurred. I was told by my attorney (recommended by CMR) to let CMR Roofing know and it was their responsibility to patch up or put tarp on the roof. I contacted CMR representatives multiple times and received a few messages stating that someone should come. After several weeks of no one coming, CMR reps went radio silent. I would not recommend this company. After suffering damage from hurricane **** I contacted CMR to replace my roof. After agreeing to the cost. The tile was removed from roof and damage was done to my facia and soffit and ************************* our cantact person has given ** the run around on fixing the damage. The company doesnt hesitate to request money for the job. They are scammers and other homeowners in my gated community feel the same way.

CMR was awesome! Admittedly, I've never had our roof replaced, but I was so impressed by how my main contact ****** handled everything! Happy workers, happy office staff, and great job done! ****** is very responsive to questions and responds quickly to texts and phone calls. She really cares and goes the extra mile. It seems she takes care of you as if it is her own roof! Thank you, CMR, and thank you ****** and everyone else for a job well done!
