Staff can be a hit or miss depending upon callouts and bedside manner. Some of the staff has terrible bedside manner while others have terrific bedside manner. Also, it seems you ask a different person a same question and continually get a different answer. Brand new facility very well put together! Nico is the BEST!
Quality of care is extremely high and quality of service was each person giving their all
This is a new (one year) facility. Besides the state of the art facility the caliber of the medical staff is beyond any other hospital I have seen. They don't know who we are and vice. However they are always caring even in the face of erratic behavior. Certain staff went above and beyond for me and I will never forget you.
I really care about your patience and they go out their way to make sure you need everything
They are super caring and compassionate! The nurses are definitely looking out for their patience and I am finding that they are willing to work with the patients of that need extra emotional care... Jason was one that stood our to me from the sonola side. Thank you for taking care of my family that way!
I went in and was immediately greeted with a beautiful smile and was given all the info needed for my son. The staff treats you with respect and dignity while giving you five star service. Compassion and customer service is a must in health care. I understand it's a stressful job and sometimes you get more complaints then acknowledgment. The staff and the care they provided was absolutely excellent. They were all very professional, kind, and caring in my time of need. I would definitely recommend them for anyone seeking help. Thank you, CVBH and staff!
This was the most unprofessional, dangerous, and inadequate care I have ever seen in my life. I belive the positive reviews were not from patients or patient relatives. The environment was deeply abusive and inappropriate, there were patients with severe dementia on the hall coming into other patient rooms, and there was no actual care. Went to check in, on my brother who is schizophrenic and they said we cannot see him unless my brother gives verbal consent to us visiting or he has to call us and give us the code to visit him. This is terrible he has serious trouble communicating, and has trouble functioning normally, and when me and my parents asked someone who works at their therapy center to help him use the phone and call us to let us in they declined and asked us to leave and wait til he calls.
