The admin/admission office incredibly unprofessional, one employee in particular, Felita, was confrontational and rude. I told her that since she works in a healthcare setting she needs to adjust the way she addresses' people who call for services and not be so aggressive- she proceeded to say that she does not work in healthcare but just admissions...unbelievable. The absolute worst! We’ve contacted them seven times for medical records and STILL haven’t received anything. Our daughter got dropped from school because they couldn’t send a letter they promised to send three times to the school to get a leave of absence! I have no problem with the caregivers, but the administrators are the worst ever. I wish I could give them ZERO stars! No wonder they’re talking about shutting down the facility.
