I love the fact that I don't have to buy bottled water any more and that the water a bath with is chemical free. The installers were friendly and they reviewed everything with us when they were finished. I made a video of them explaining each piece if equipment.
So far I like the company their vision their employees and now I?m going to start using he product. Overall very respectful company with experienced staff members

Unprofessional from the beginning of installation. Product has become a sour lemon. I've had to call for service about seven (7) times. Water pressure loss through entire house, pvc pipes leaks, filter leaks, ruined our house wall paint, installer left three (3) houses hanging out of equipment dispersing water all over our backyard. When we call for service, they put us on hold for thirty three (33) minutes, eighteen (18) minutes then hang up. We gave you the pre filter cartridges for free on January 2024 and March 2024, when they were leaking before, because of needing replacement and your frustration on not knowing.
