DISHONEST MISLEADING PRACTICES,April 2023 closed on our home, my husband allowed this unscrupulous company to do a water test. Presentation intriguing n as parents of a baby, we were sold on ensuring the best. We signed a contract for the $8900 system. Selling point is the lifetime warranty n how they supply you w/ soap every year, they do their own maintenance $120/yr. In March 2024 they call re:maintenance. I am not thrilled with level of service and I realized that there are too may hidden charges.
If I could put one star I would. This company is a ****. I purchased my system back in May and had many issues with what I was and wasn't told during the sale and getting the system installed. I have had many people come to my home and my system is still not working properly. Each time the water was tested it came back hard and stated someone else would need to come back.
