Dr.Coppa is an amazing pediatrician with An awesome team. I have been taking my oldest son since he was 5yrs old and recently had a baby. I made a comment to Dr.Coppa in one of my sons appts in regards to having my new baby go to her office. Dr.Coppa was at the hospital to check my newborn through the weekend and took extra precautions to make sure my newborn was taken care of. She has exceeded all expectations I've had of a pediatrician. If I could give her 10 stars I would because my babies love her.
I love Dr Coppa! I can always count on her putting my kids health first! She holds me accountable as well and I love it, we need more Dr's like this! Thank you, Dr Coppa!
Love the staff and Dr.Coppa, they have great bedside manner and they take their time, you don't feel rushed. Cute little office with lots of character.
Amazing customer service, friendly staff, and fabulous DRs. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing pediatric office! Kind, gentle, warm and inviting care. Clean office. Best place ever!
I love this office and Dr. Coppa. Everyone is super friendly. And if I need a emergency app. I always get in within 3 hrs of my call. Dr Coppa and the assistants talks to my daughter and gives me any information I need or ask for. Also the wait time from going into my app is never more than 10 min which is amazing. I definitely would recommend this Dr and office for your child.
If you're looking for an ADHD or autism screening for your children, they are not accepting new patients. If you suspect your child has autism or ADHD Do not seek help! last week when I called to schedule an appointment, they were happy to accept new patients but as soon as I asked if they did ADHD or autism screenings, they said oh we have to call you back. My wife recently brought my 2 year old in because of an eye infection, which she's prone to. However, our regular pediatrician was out so Dr Coppa was filling in. She made some condescending remarks to my wife about my daughter's hygiene, suggesting that we do not regularly bathe our child and this is the reason why she has this problem. Last 2 times I've been here I've waited over an hour to be seen. This is ridiculous. Excuse was they are short staffed... then why put us on the schedule. They don't respect their patients time. Been seen faster at urgent care every time. On top of that the doctor sent 2 prescriptions to 2 separate pharmacies so I had to run to 2.
Everything started off great with this Dr and her office. They seemed happy to see us and we had a great relationship with some of the staff members. Supposedly, we were notified to pay our balance a month before our last visit. We were also notified when we went for our last appt. (6 months), so we made a payment to stay in good standings.
