Sometimes People Write Undeserved, Negative Reviews, and that is very sad. I'm sorry that some have allegedly had bad experiences here, in but my experience , the EXACT OPPOSITE is true! Every associate in this office, who I have interacted with, has been kind, caring, polite, and highly professional. I trust the doctors at this facility to care for younger generations of my family and the children of my closest friends!
Staff is always welcoming. The doctors are very thorough with all our visits. When I need paper work done, it's done! At times the wait can be little long. But, they do make sure to let us know. Thank you Riverwalk Pediatric!
My son was born at 24 weeks and since the day he came home, we have been going to Jessica Prather @ Riverwalk Pediatrics. Words cannot explain how awesome she has been with all my boys. I have not had 1 bad experience with any of the doctors at Riverwalk Pediatric. Of course some days there is a longer wait than others, however, that is expected with so many patients especially during flu season. The wait is well worth it because I know my son is getting the proper care. I would defiantly recommend them.
I love valley Children's medical group because my wait time is never long and I always go in as a walk in. They have kind staff and always know what's wrong with my son.
For more than 10 years I was happy with your service, but in recent years it has changed a lot and I am disappointed. Last week I talked to see if they attended to my son and I waited from 8am to 8:50 am and they didn't answer me and I hung up and called back and after 10 minutes they answered my call. Today I waited for 40 minutes and got no answer so I gave up. What a disappointment the service that the pediatrician has now that I loved for years.

Always take forever and a day to answer the damn phone! I called today (10/09) about 7 minutes before closing to ask a simple question (how much Tylenol to give a 7mo old with a fever) and these people had the nerve to never pick up the phone and then just close up shop. Here I am on hold still at 5:14pm with no answer. At our last appointment here, I was waiting with my baby for over 40 minutes before the doctor showed!!! These guys love to waste your time. Terrible doctors. Terrible service. Receptionist were crawling on the floor 5 minutes before closing to avoid me seeing them in the windows. They closed up early and I just needed to pick up a form for my child. They never answer the phone
