The old lady that's been there forever needs to retire. I took my son for his 2 yr well visit and she has the nerve to say my son was out of control. I think she's out of control taking over an hour to work him up. They need to drug test her .... Poor quality of care. We will not be returning with our kids. And NO I'm not a medi-cal recipient old lady.

All the front girls are rude asf!! Always have an attitude. Don't know why schedule an appointment if I'm never seen on time. I always wait for an hour in the lobby. Like come on.

This really is the worst Doctor's office I've ever been to. The Doctor who saw my child was wonderful but she has left. The wait time is usually 1 1/2 to 2 hours. You cannot even call the office. I can't tell you how many times I've tried to call to ask a simple question or see if I can walk in for an urgent issue and it rings and rings. I'm not exaggerating when I say I called at least 20 times in one day with no answer. That should be against policy. I think they want you to use the app for appointments only but if yo... read more

This is a Pediatric CHOP SHOP, Both times we have been here the waiting room is standing room only!! We made a appointment specifically with my child's Pediatrician (Who Just joined the group) and when checking in they tried to tell me both times that's not how this Drs Office works!! Once that was resolved BOTH TIMES IT took over 2 hrs to be called back to office and another 30 min to be seen. The lack of respect and communication does NOT exists. They should have a "take a Number" Becasue that's all you are here, a number.... read more

Office is very unprofessional you make an appointment and you still wait 3 1/2+ hours. I was checked in at 9 AM I seen families of multiple children get a room before I did and They checked in after I had. After asking about my file multiple times I was given a room and still had to stay on top of office staff to be treated for regular immunization. Staff was leaving for the weekend and or lunch before I was even taken care of.

I'm not a fan. First I thought it was insensitive that the doctor said my daughter needed a follow up visit for a slightly high bmi. First of all BMI isn't the best measure , secondly she's a teen girl so I thought the doctor should have been a little more sensitive to that especially because some of the medication she takes can cause weight gain. Worst wait times ever. This office is always at least 1 hour behind schedule. You'll wait 1 hour in the lobby then another 1/2 hour in the room. Ridiculous.

The doctors are alright once you finally get to see them. You will always wait at least an hour and a half to see a dr. at this office.
