During the 8 months while living here, we have received the upmost care from the staff and the maintenance have been phenomenal when dealing with any mishaps on a timely manner. All the staff are genuinely nice, and are always willing to help. The apartments are in a great area near 2 schools, restraunts and convenience stores! I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone whose looking for somewhere new to live!
My husband and I moved here early this past summer and have enjoyed being in this complex. The location is awesome - only a 15 minute drive to Eglin AFB and the airport, and is a quick drive to the beach as well. There are 3 swimming pools, as well as recreation center with a game room, sauna, computer room with printer, and two separate gym areas. This apartment complex is quiet, in a decent location, and affordable. The staff is always helpful and professional. The only suggestion I can make is that the apartment could use some updating. The updating of the recreational areas are great. Overall, this is a good place to live.
A military family that is new to the area, and needed a fully furnished temporary home that would let us bring our dog: check, check, and check! Rent is affordable, the staff is friendly and helpful, the complex is quiet and centrally located between the 2 military bases. Ample parking, and the gym/office area for residents is a nice plus. Schools across the street, and plenty to do in the area. Not 100% perfect, but is more than adequate for our needs!
Nice Apartments, located in a great area centrally located to everything, 24 hour gym is extremely nice and there's THREE pools so there's that.
I love where I live! Arium Emerald Isle has made some nice improvements to the property. I've lived here for 5 years now and couldn't be happier. Maintenance comes quickly when called and everyone is friendly at the office. We enjoy the pool in the summertime and having a workout and game room is a bonus! It's a great location and a great place to live!
They are always quick to fix anything the apartments are well-maintained. Always have great customer service. I recommend it to anyone.
