RecommendedI love the apartments here. They are spacious and inviting. I also love the beautiful palm trees and the pool. The workout center is nice, as well as the sauna and game room. Whenever there has been an issue, maintenance has responded immediately. Very nice place.
I was living in these beautiful apt/homes, when they were the old Cayo Grande. Then Arium Emerald Isle bought them out, and the improvements started IMMEDIATELY. They re-surfaced the pools. They re-designed the workout center/rec room. Patched up broken/worn out parts on the property. Hoilday contests. Socials. Ect. We have lived here almost a year now and we love it. The grounds are beautiful with 3 pools a dog park and a gym! The staff are so friendly and helpful I recommend giving this place a chance at being your home!
I've had a great experience with Arium Emerald Isle. The staff is very friendly and they have all ways been quick about responding to maintenance requests.
I have lived in a few apartments before and Arium Emerald Isle has been my best apartment experience yet. There's not one, not two, but THREE pools and a 24 hour gym. The landscaping here is gorgeous. Every apartment has a balcony or patio so you can get the real Florida experience and see palm trees out your bedroom window at any given time. After living here almost a year, I would strongly recommend living here to anybody. They have 3 swimming pools, dog park, tennis court, work out facility, wifi facility, and the landscape is in superb condition. The staff is friendly and very helpful with any and all of my concerns. Also, if you refer someone to rent here then you get $200 off a months rent. I have nothing but good things to say about this apartment complex.

Being at ARIUM Emerald is great they have a small area for dogs to run around and possibly play with other dogs. The area is nice driving to run errands or other daily tasks can be convenient since everything is pretty close. The staff is very helpful and nice.
Awesome apartment complex! Friendly staff/friendly community. The pool/outdoor grill area is really nice. Along with the state-of-the-art Gym on site. The tennis court and car wash station is a nice perk too! Noise is minimal while in the apartment as well as out-quiet complex! Recommend to anybody wanting to relocate!
