Thanks to Donald for coming in today to fix my dishwasher that wasn't draining. He also went above and beyond d to retrieve parts for our fridge that been missing since I moved in that wasn't part of the work order. He was very professional and kind while working in our home ,so thank you Donald for your professional work ethic. Thanks to Donald for coming and fixing my door that was damaged very badly. He fixed it like new. He was amazing with attitude and professionalism. And thanks to the Coconut Palms leasing staff for making sure that my door was repaired. Again thanks to Donald and the tactical for amazing repairs.

My last year here has definitely been more than what I expected. The property is a little older, but I have to say that every issue that I have had Has been addressed. The staff has been very accommodating and professional. I don’t have anything negative about my experience here. Juan and everyone else in the office has been wonderful.
