Do not move here All maintenance requests are not done properly. Old A/C units that constantly break down or leak and they refuse to replace. If you live on the ground floor, your patio WILL flood. There are roaches in the apartments, the laundry room and the parking lot. A neighbor's car is now infested w/roaches. Service in Coconut Palms Apartments is bad. No respect is given to their residents. My lease is up soon and I will not look back. All I can say is I am very displeased with the apartments and my experience there.
Not recommended! After some flooding occurred at the property that I was living in, they did not come into to clean my apartment which was flooded. Instead they came in and informed me that I would have to move out and find other living arrangements.
