The work done by Code Red was done very well. The project manager, **************, was great to work with **** communications. A timely schedule and quality work. The entire process from estimates to roof completion was professionally done. The schedule predicted was accurate.The crew worked long days, at times 10 hours (8am to 6pm). Rarely taking breaks except for a 30 minute lunch. The crew covered ***************** during the rip out of the old roof and then did a complete debre cleanup, prior to beginning the replacement phase. Fabulous experience. Reasonable price, responsive and knowledgeable sales person (*****), fantastic project manager who was professional, reliable, and available and made sure things moved along even when there were some glitches outside of our control. Highly recommend!

Satisfied with the recently scheduled roof repair service by Code Red Roofers. ************************* was quick to respond and was available to respond during off hours. They forgot to take the requested repair pictures, but ***** remedied this and sent the contractors the next morning to take the requested photos.

I signed an agreement with Code Red, and the day after, a sign appeared on my lawn. No one asked my permission to put a sign up. I think it would be common courtesy and the correct thing to do to ask my permission. The waiting period was between 7 to 9 weeks, and it took every bit of that time to start on my roof.
