They forgot to take the requested repair pictures, but ***** remedied this and sent the contractors the next morning to take the requested photos.

I signed an agreement with Code Red, and the day after, a sign appeared on my lawn. No one asked my permission to put a sign up. I think it would be common courtesy and the correct thing to do to ask my permission. The waiting period was between 7 to 9 weeks, and it took every bit of that time to start on my roof. Once they started, I had no complaints with the work crew. They were tireless workers, and as far as I can tell, they did a very good job.
