Came in with sinus and ear ache. Said he it looked like I had the flu gave me meds never tested me, or even looked in my nose or ears. Sat at his computer the whole time and never laid a hand on me.
Dr Cody Fontenot only saw me for five minutes, during which he interrupted me every time I spoke and dismissed my symptoms. He did no exam whatsoever. He was resistant to send a referral to a specialist and his office took over 24 hrs to send it.

Until our last interaction we were pretty happy with Dr Fontenot. The last visit was a telemed visit during the shutdown. My husband called first and complained of nasal congestion, cough, etc. Even though he told Dr Fontenot he didn't think it was allergies, the doc insisted it was and treated it as such. A week later I came down with the same symptoms. I called him and said I had caught whatever illness my husband had. He still insisted that it was probably just allergies.
