Not Terrible But Not Great! This was my first time using COIT Services of Albuquerque. I chose them after reading the various reviews from different places. The carpet cleaning technician that came out was very nice and personable and I really liked him. He was respectful and he did work hard. The carpets, however, did not turn out as good as they did in the past with other carpet cleaning companies. Satisfied customer I have been using COIT Services of Albuquerque for about three years. This last time they came out to do some carpet cleaning, and it all turned out great. They offer great customer service, and there is a good personality from the employees. They have a great response for an appointment time, and I would say it was just an overall great experience. I would definitely recommend them!
Good so far. COIT Services of Albuquerque came in and cleaned two areas of my home, and it has turned out good so far, no complaints. This was my first time using this company and I have to say after seeing the results, I would definitely use them again. I really liked how they showed up at the time they told me they would, and were able to complete the work quickly and efficiently without cutting corners.
Great Company! Will Use Them Again! The first time I used COIT Services of Albuquerque they cleaned my tile and grout. They did an excellent job of it! I hired them this time to clean my carpets. I give them a high rating because they were on time. They brought several shoe cover booties to put on their feet when the carpet was wet. Amazing Sevice, amazing quality COIT came to clean mine and my girlfriends house. The carpets were old and very dirty from years of traffic. Not to mention red stains that we never thought would come out. A tech by the name of Jonathan came and was extremely thorough. The carpets look almost brand new. Even the stains we thought were permanent and that have been there for years came out. We are definitely going to be using them for everything. Thank you for all of your hard work!

Best carpet cleaning/repair I have used every carpet cleaning company in Albuquerque—literally—and COIT has shown itself to be the best in my opinion. They showed up on time, did an amazing job stretching my carpet (even moved my furniture), and then cleaned a large rug to perfection. The service and timely manner was excellent The service was excellent and the guys were very courteous and thorough in explaining what their service would entail to attain our approval. They made sure we were happy with the cleaning and made sure we had no further questions. They did an excellent job.
