Overall They Did Pretty Well COIT Services cleaned the carpet, the recliner, and the chair at my house. Overall they did pretty well. The price was pretty reasonable. I would probably use their service again. The workers were pretty friendly and seemed like they knew what they were doing. There were just a couple spots I thought could have turned out cleaner but other than that it was pretty good.
Good Cleaning. It was our first time working with COIT Services of Albuquerque and they did a decent job but we are kinda confused with some of the functionality of their product. We had some chairs done by them and the cleaning/restoration portion of the job went great and they turned out way better than we expected. The issue I had with the work was the stain protector that I requested be applied to the chairs after the job was done. They Did a Real Good Job on the Couch Coit Services cleaned our carpet and our couch. They did a real good job on the couch. The price was reasonable. They were OK.
Carpet shampooing in our newly purchased home. Our real estate agent recommended your company and since I was out of state, I relied on his judgement. He was not wrong. We made the appointment 3 weeks before we closed. We had the carpets shampooed 2 days before we closed on the house, with the permission of the owners. The crew was right on time, professional, and friendly. Kudos to all.

My experience was very good. The service that COIT Services of Albuquerque did was good, but I've been meaning to get in touch because some of the spots they removed are coming back. However, the carpet cleaning was great--and the cleaners moved some of the furniture to get to the spots that needed to be cleaned. I Would Recommend Them COIT Services cleaned some tile in my home. I was happy with the service they provided. It was my first time using them and I would call them again if I needed their services. They were professional, on-time, and friendly. They did a good job for what I hired them for.
Very positive! Well, how exciting is a dryer vent clean out? COIT Services of Albuquerque did what said they would do and it went very smoothly, and obviously the tech knew what he was doing. They are coming back. I wasn't aware of all the services they provide--so now that I am, they'll be back twice more--once for upholstery cleaning and once for carpet cleaning.
