I'm absolutely thrilled about COIT. I sent a message through Yelp to get an estimate because of their high reviews. They responded the same day and gave me an estimate after I provided a description and measurements of what carpet I was having cleaned. We hired COIT to clean our carpets and our tile grout. They did a great job on both. Very professional and courteous. Prices were very reasonable and no hidden extra costs. They charged us exactly what they estimated us over the phone. The job was very well done. Collen did a great job on the carpets and Justus did a great job on the tile. The operations manager, Fernando, also stopped by and provided a lot of useful information and made sure everything was right. Highly recommend! Thank you!

I had set an appointment to clean at my house. Turns out, I had to ask if they could come a day early, given special circumstances and they worked it out to help me and my family. Domingo with Coit Cleaning did an excellent job cleaning our carpet after the prior cleaners had left brown spots. He treated it twice, returning the color back to its original cream color. He even protected our corner walls from being bumped by the hoses. He strives for perfection and cares about his work.

COIT did a wonderful job with our office carpeting. We wanted the carpets cleaned in a short time frame so a call was placed on Tuesday and Wednesday morning they were here to clean. Good job and service! Friends of the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad

Domingo and his partner cleaned out my ventilation ducts and did an excellent job. I've been suffering from allergies since I moved from NYC to ABQ. I've been meaning to have this done, as it's a possible contributor to the problem. The amount of dust they pulled out - which they will show you - is enough to make you wish you'd done it sooner. I had the great experience of Coit carpet cleaners , the tech was professional and very personable Diego did a fabulous job he really cared about his work. I have had my carpets cleaned by Stanley steamer and Coit did a better job hands down

Once again I had found myself in search of an expertise to which I had no existing connections. I decided to consult Yelp in hope of finding some battle-tested, deep steam cleaning solutions and was not disappointed. I had encountered a few and decided on one by the name of Royal Carpet cleaning that was 17 reviews and 5 stars deep. It now goes by COIT, but I was not deterred. The call-service is phenomenal.
