Our carpets were a mess-two dogs left plenty of stains and left odors behind. The technician, Brian, showed up on time and was very friendly and courteous. He accidentally broke a knick knack (our fault for not moving it and it had no dollar value) and told me about it right away. I really appreciated his honesty! The end result was fantastic!!! The carpets and area rugs look good as new and smell fresh. I highly recommend!!
To start off the customer service was terrible. We got our carpets cleaned on monday, the guy came in, gave us our quote and right away told us that one of our rooms should just be ripped out because the cleaning they do wouldn't get it up to par, fine we go ahead and go forth with not getting the room done and getting our stairs, loft and hallway done. Final result: COIT appealed the ruling of the magistrate court fighting to pay Stanley Steamer rates in my refund rather than the amount I paid them for the subpar work. COIT does horrible work. They have zero integrity and will force you to take them to court rather than provide reputable service. STANLEY STEAMER is the way to go.

Do not call these guys for anything to do with air duct cleaning. They are completely inept and do not have the correct equipment to clean domestic (residential) vents. Avoid like the plague for any vent cleaning.

I had COIT clean the air ducts in my home. The workers were friendly and enthusiastic and they did a decent job, but they kind of made a mess of the house (dust and bits of paint, plaster, and debris everywhere) and seemed a little inexperienced. For example, they made several very elementary mistakes like reinstalling return vent covers upside down or mis-aligning them. Also they showed up about 3 hours later than the time they quoted me. Do not use Coit if you live in Santa Fe. My original quote of $100 for the partial cleaning of two bedrooms became $250 when they found I lived in Santa Fe.
