Professional and Friendly This was my son's first real appointment (almost 4) with all of the real tools! Shannon was so friendly and professional! She was able to use all of the tools and even kept a smile on his face throughout the entire appointment. Thanks for being so great with him and as always, for doing great work!

We actually look forward to going to the dentist! Thanks to all the caring and professional staff at Colchester Dental Group, we look forward to going to the dentist! Can you imagine? The whole team is great with my son and they are always so positive and professional. They make us feel like family!

Best Dentists in the Universe Going to Colchester Dental is like going to visit family. The staff are friendly, personable, and pleasant; the doctors are so warm and professional; the waiting room is comfy (try the couch!); and I know that they will all do anything in their power to make our visits enjoyable. I travel more than an hour each way to visit this office; that's how much I love these guys. Can't possibly recommend highly enough.

Amazing!! Great communication and service from a great team. Have been coming to the practice for many years. We met a new dental hygienist named Brittany today and she was fantastic....my daughter loved her. They also really work with you schedule wise. Overall highly recommend as a great office all around!

Welcoming and Friendly 1st Visit A dental visit is never top on my "fun things" to do list, but this visit was actually quite relaxing. It was a very long visit, 3 hours with my new patient appointment followed by my cleaning, but everyone at Colchester Dental makes you feel so welcome. Yes, some further dental work was suggested, but certainly not pushed on me. High quality service, professional, and incredibly friendly. I feel so luck! I had a wonderful experience this morning. It was so great to meet Shannon. She did a phenomenal job, and I greatly enjoyed our conversation. Dr. Palm was terrific as always!
