Obviously very technically up to date organization. Loved the tour of the office. Hygienist brought up some not so normal topics, but I liked her straightforward attitude. Felt like the dentist pushed pretty hard towards what "needed" to be done to follow up rather than what could be done to move forward in a less invasive manner. Surprised that when I asked for an email summary of the numerous items we discussed, it sounded like I was asking for more than I should. Katie is a fantastic hygienist that truly cares about the patient's well being and Dr. Palm takes the time to go over in detail all aspects of dental care. Our whole family has had great care at Colchester Dental Group!

I just love this office. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I love my hygienist Megan. I have to say that I even enjoyed having some fillings done with Dr Evans and the very funny and professional hygienist Donna. They both explained in detail what they were going to do. I never had any discomfort, not even the novacain hurt.
The staff are great, always make me feel comfortable (as comfortable as I could be @ a dental appointment)! They most always know my name when I walk in the door and take care of registering me while I sit and wait.
