Hi. It's Karen Brawley. Just wanted you to know that we had a great experience with Chelsea when we came in for Harry's cleaning. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that, due to Dr. Palm working "emergently" on another patient, Harry was not able to have bite wing photos taken even though it's time and I've been concerned about his teeth since he is not asked/ expected to brush AT ALL at his father's house (Dragon Brawley, 77 Colchester Pt Rd) 3 days a week. When you think of Dentist's you don't always think..."I can't wait for my appt" but with Colchester Dental Group that is not necessarliy a true statment because of the staff. I have been there many times and always feel the staff goes out of their way to make me feel at home. Very professional and would strongly recomend them to anyone. I do not take the time to write many reviews but feel this is one I have no trouble taking the time.
